Quiche Lorraine

THE classic French Quiche.

I haven't made this... only eaten it... but its worth a post, quand meme.

1 crust (without sugar)
4 eggs
lardon (a french thing... pieces of pork, well marbled)
a dash of milk
salt and pepper

Gruyere, shredded
~either inside or on top, or both!

Mix and pour into pie crust

Bake for at 200 C for about 25 minutes
