Kassera: an Algerian Bread

I will not pretend to be able to make this bread on my own. But with an Algerian grandmother on hand... it is heavenly, rich, and delightful bread. I plan to become an expert.

Flour of Semoule, generous oil, salt, water, baking powder. Knead, roll out, throw it on hot metal, pick it after flipping it.
